1. Scan the image/take a picture.
2. Edit
- Bump up contrast and brightness. Adjust as needed as with all the following options and not every step is required.
- Edit > Level Correction.
- Edit > Tonal Curve.
- Filter > Remove Dust.
- Selection > Select Color Gamut. Select background or color you want to remove. Delete the color.
